ABOUT KARA
Owner of Fun To You
In 2015 Kara decided to help out with the make-up on her kids' performance of the musical Cats. If you know the show, it's complicated cat face paint! This particular version also included painting the costumes to match. This experience ignited Kara's passion for learning more about face painting.
Fast forward a couple of years to 2017, and Fun To You by Kara was created.
Kara is passionate about providing professional grade products & quality painting to kids entertainment. This creates an environment where kids get to have fun, while using professional paints, makeup grade glitter, while knowing that cleanliness and sanitization practices are being followed diligently. This allows the kids to be as safe as possible, while taking part in a favourite childhood activity. All the products Kara uses are 100% skin safe, hypoallergenic, FDA approved.
Kara regularly continues her education by taking courses, and improving her skills. This helps keep things modern, and exciting!
When COVID hit in 2020, Kara had to pivot, like many small businesses, but with face painting, being in close quarters, it was essential. This began Kara's additional services of balloon work, and stuffed animals.
Kara is fully insured. She takes all precautions possible, but Fun To You is not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur.
